Growing up, I LOVED the pork chops at The Embers restaurant in Mt. Pleasant, Michigan. They even gave away the recipe! Here, I’ve modified it a bit to make a smaller portion, reduce the sodium some and make it a tad more “boat friendly” — but with all the flavor of the original!!
