I’ve found a thermal cooker to be such a helpful item to have on board. It keeps the boat from heating up while still giving us a hot meal with little effort.

Carolyn. I just found your thermal cooking info and I’m trying to make yogurt in the 16 oz thermos. The recipe calls for 1 1/4 cups powdered milk. Does that mean use the powdered milk dry from the container? Or mix it with water to equal the 1 1/4 cups. Then proceed with the recipe.
Carolyn Shearlock says
It’s a dry measure.
