I was on a charter once and literally blew the oven door of in high winds. I got very creative with foil.

We owned a 1984 Packet Cat with the original oven. After years of burning the bottom of everything I tried to bake, we bought a set of Dough-Joe pizza stones from Amazon. They worked perfectly! I’ll be using them in our new boat as well. I highly recommend the pizza stone solution!
