We BBQ all the time on our trips and this gets a mass amount of use….

Granted you need to take the instant BBQs but they are very cheap in the U.K.
We have the one without the lid but I made up a wind break out of some spare steel sheet and a couple of hinges….

I’m a future cruiser who’s an obsessive planner and list maker. So, of course, I have a number of boat lists. For my grill I’m considering infrared. Since I’m also obsessed with your blog/podcasts I rely heavily on the real life experiences information you have here and I thank you. I was disappointed that you didn’t discuss infrared grills, though. That said, whatever kind of grill we get I will not keep it mounted! Thanks for sharing your story.

I’m about to get an infrared and once I’ve had a bit of experience with it, you can bet I’ll be writing about it.
