2024 Info for further south: Former English colonies such as Grenada, St. Vincent and the Grenadines, etc, typically use SailClear. – although their computers are not always working and they will sometimes make you redo the work on a triplicate form! (Bring old paperwork to make it easier). You must clear and clear out.
French Islands such as Martinique and Guadeloupe use their own system, and you must use the computer in their customs office with their strange keyboards! Arrive 30 minutes before closing. You must clear in and clear out.
Antigua/Barbados has their own online system called eseaclear. You must clear in and clear out.
ALWAYS bring your sailclear or eseaclear record number with you whenever you are visiting clearance offices!
