I’m thrilled to share with you our Handy Kitchen Reference now available. It debuted at the Annapolis Sailboat Show and I have to say that I was tickled every time someone picked one up said it was exactly what they needed. It’s an example of something we wanted but couldn’t find anywhere else. It’s great to hear others say the same.

The Handy Kitchen Reference isn’t a cookbook but a collection of quick answers to kitchen questions, including measurement conversions (teaspoons to tablespoons to cups, etc., and metric), changing a recipe size, helpful rules of thumb, what to do if you don’t have a measuring spoon, substitutions, temperatures, cooking times for pressure cookers, and produce storage. You can see the entire list of contents on the cover, above.
Again, it’s designed from the ground up to be quick and easy to use (no internet required!), with the bonus of containing information not in many cookbooks. Kitchen spills wipe right off the waterproof paper, so you can keep it on your kitchen or galley counter. Learn more about the Handy Kitchen Reference here.
