Ingredients
3cupsflour
1/2cuphoney or molasses
1/2cupoil
1teaspooncinnamon
1/2teaspoonginger
Instructions
Mix all together. Press into a greased cookie sheet and bake at 400° for 20 minutes.
Karla has used soy and almond flour instead of wheat flour with good results, and she notes that Sadie likes more spice than in the original recipe.
Notes
The first time she made them, Karla rolled out the dough and used cute little heart and bone cookie cutters. While cute, she says it was a pain and wasted dough so now she just presses it onto the pan and breaks the "big cookie" into smaller pieces. And Sadie loves them!
