No Kindle version ?
The Boat Galley on Facebook says
Kindle and all the electronic editions are coming soon. They just started shipping the print version last night — three weeks ahead of when they had said they would! And while they allow pre-orders for the print edition, they don’t for the Kindle and other electronic editions. As soon as the Kindle edition has made it’s way through Amazon’s process and is available, I’ll post it up here and give all the links. Thanks for the interest in it — we’ve planned to have electronic versions from the start!
