Name Tags for a Group

A few days ago we had a get-together for all the Gemini owners in the area.

The whole point of the get-together was to meet each other – a few of us knew each other, but most of us were meeting for the first time.

And as I was getting ready to leave our boat, it occurred to me that it’d be nice to have name tags. But no, I didn’t have any on board. Or did I?

Yep – another use for duct tape! I grabbed a roll and a Sharpie . . .

FOLLOW UP: A few people had problems with the duct tape leaving a bit of sticky residue on shirts. We now use blue painter’s tape for name tags.

    Be careful though. Some shirts get sticky leftovers! Mickey’s golf shirt did!

      Oh no! We’ll know for the future to use the blue painter’s tape as Sandra Renwick suggested.

    Painters tape would even be better and won’t leave a sticky residue!
